Joshua Jensen's Workspace Utilities
This add-in extends your grep capabilities by letting you search for tags in the project. It also extends file opening by providing incremental search for files in the workspace. It even does more, but you'd better take a look at Joshua's page.

Yonat's Stuff for Developers
